Pizza Hut's agent's service suck..
I always order through phone and they can take order & delivery to me in a short time..
Yesterday night, plan to order pizza as supper for me & my Dear..
As usual, i call 1300-88-2525 to order,
it nth change, also same..
choose language that i prefer and press 1 to order,
they call me to wait a while,
conversation start:-
A malay male (M)
M: Hai, welcome to pizza hut, please give me ur num..
Me: 019-xxxxxxx
M: (Checking)..Are u Ms.Teoh? Home address: F-2-7, ...................Jalan Perak.................
Me: Yup..( Ready tell him wad i wanna order already )
M: Wait a while ya miss, i checking ur address..
Den, he hold my line..
After 5 minutes,
M: Miss,which pizza hut branch most near to ur home? Got other jalan besides than jalan perak?
Me: ( Zzz ), There's a few pizza hut shop near my home, and u all always can send it to me without ask me this, why now seems like difficult to u all?
M: Wait, wait, i check first..
Hold my line again,
After 5 minutes, he still holding, i'm mad on that time, straight close the phone..
And I redial..
A malay female (F)
F: Hai, welcome to pizza hut, please give me ur num..
Me: 019-xxxxxxx
F: U calling us just now rite? U wanna order pizza den i think u should call our new customer number, Pizza Hut Delivery (PHD) 1300-82-2020
Me: Okay, thanks..
I call that number, finally i can order my pizza as usual..
For my opinion, not everyone know they change their number that been using so long time..
So, they should tell me and not keep on call me hold on..
I really dunno wad to wait and finally get nothing..
Just tell me the new num will do right?
I'm not racial discrimination,
but some of BABI really stupid in thinking, talking, explaining, doing and of course counting!
But yet they always wont be fire..
i just get the same problem. yes. malay are hard to change... it is in the blood.
